Your responsibilities:

  • Drive and further develop sales performance management by establishing clear KPI, forecast and reporting structures
  • Ensure an efficient sales organization by optimizing processes, tools and data quality across the entire sales tech stack
  • Own transparent and reliable commission and incentive models and advise internal stakeholders
  • Build, automate and enhance management dashboards to support data-driven decision making
  • Work closely with Sales, Finance, Controlling, HR and IT to harmonize processes and ensure successful system rollouts
  • Support management and the executive team with sound analyses and contributions to strategic initiatives

Your profile:

  • Degree (e.g., Business Administration, Finance/Controlling, Business Informatics or similar) and professional experience in Sales Operations, Sales Controlling or Finance
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent process understanding and a high affinity for data and systems
  • Experience with reporting, BI and CRM tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, Oracle)
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Very good German and English skills and experience with SQL or ERP systems
